Spa Policy


You may schedule an appointment either by phone or online. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card.


Please understand that services are reserved for you personally. We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations and reschedules.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.

Our cancellation policy allows us time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our staff’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

We value your business and thank you for helping us service all clients with an up-to-date schedule.


Purchase for any amount, including gratuity. Lost or stolen cards are not replaceable. Cards may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards expire two years from date of purchase. Gift cards are transferable but non-refundable.


No age require to receive service. Law requires minors under the age of 18 to be accompanied by parent or guardian for spa services. Children are not permitted to accompany parents at any time during their spa services.
